The free private Facebook community began in Spring of 2020 by The Higher View Nation of Women (THV NOW) founder, Melissa McCrery. This online space is a platform for YOU to share YOUR voice, your thoughts, your opinions and we want to hear it!

Level 2 introduces Tactic-Based Leadership & Coaching Foundations. It’s about enacting the wisdom gained in Level 1, focusing on developing strategies to ‘BREED KINGS’ and magnify your Kingdom impact. The DIY content structure empowers women to actively engage in their growth journey.

This level also includes THV Coaching Foundation Courses, designed to cultivate coaching skills and knowledge. It’s the perfect stepping stone for those aspiring to become a Certified or Professional THV Coach. Love, equip, active, and deploy – take your leadership journey to the next level with us.

Embrace Level 3 of our Kingdom Leadership Matrix – Leadership-Mentorship. This application-based level lets women channel their unique designs and passions into income-generating opportunities, providing solutions that benefit the nations.

Choose from two tracks:

  1. Developing Your Signature Course – Create a course that represents your unique expertise and passion. Content creation product distribution as you hone your creativity and learn the art of creating and distributing meaningful content.
  2. THV Approved Coach Certificate – Go beyond the foundations with additional modules, coaching hours, and comprehensive evaluations. Become a THV Approved Coach.

Focus, develop, thrive – let your passion lead your income and influence in Level 3.

Welcome to Level 4 – Leadership-Mentorship Internship; Ingenuity 2 Enterprise, THV Certified Coach, and Engineering Intelligence Leader. This application-based stage offers women an opportunity to leverage their unique talents and passions, creating additional income while contributing positively to the world.
 
Select from two unique tracks:
  1. Content Creation and Product Distribution for THV NATION – Contribute to THV’s content landscape, producing and distributing engaging materials for our community.
  2. THV Certified Coach – Develop your coaching expertise with content basics that align with ICF guidelines, monitored coaching hours, and an official THV Certified Coach Certification. You’ll also be included in our directory.
Innovate, certify, lead – channel your passions into tangible growth and societal impact in Level 4.
Launch into Level 5 – Internship; Ingenuity 2 Enterprise, THV Professional Coach, and Engineering Intelligence Certified Leader. This level nurtures women’s unique abilities and passions, empowering them to maximize their income and influence in their professional journey, thereby expanding the kingdom and nations.

  1. Content Creation and Product Distribution for Collaborative Organizations – Collaborate with key organizations, apply for an internship at VPM with Melissa McCrery, and make significant contributions to your sphere of influence.
  2. THV Professional Coach – Pave your path towards an ICF portfolio, complete required coaching hours, and join the esteemed THV Coaching Network of Professional Coaches.
